Ir. Yong has obtained his civil engineering degree in University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). His has developed special interest in the structure analysis and design, and received awards during his study. He then furthers his study in Master degree in Structural Steel Design, Imperial College, London. After graduation from Imperial College, Ir. Yong Lip Bing worked in the UK consultant Mott Macdonald as graduate engineer.
His core strength is in the structural engineering especially in multi-storey building and steel bridge design.

Ir. Tan obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Malaysia Sabah (UMS) in year 2004.
His areas of expertise include software modeling and design for drainage on-site detention design, development civil works, structure appraisal report and contract management.
